Levels & Rewards
The more you participate in UK Politics, the higher you climb. Here is how the levelling system works and what you can earn.
How It Works
UK Politics uses MEE6 to track your activity. Every time you send a message in the server, you earn between 15 and 25 XP. You can only earn XP once per minute to prevent spam from being rewarded.
As you accumulate XP, you level up. Each level requires more XP than the last, so the higher you go the longer it takes. When you reach certain level milestones, you automatically receive a new role that displays next to your name.
Tips for Levelling Up
- Be active in discussions — every message counts (once per minute)
- Participate regularly rather than in bursts
- Engage across different channels
- Quality matters more than quantity — spamming will not help and may get you muted

You automatically receive these roles as you reach each level. They are displayed next to your name in the member list and in chat.

Common Questions
Why am I not earning XP?
You can only earn XP once per minute. If you are sending multiple messages quickly, only the first one counts. Also, some channels may be excluded from XP tracking.
Can I lose XP or levels?
No. Your XP and level are permanent. Even if you leave and rejoin the server, your progress is saved.
How do I check my level?
Use the /rank command in any channel to see your current level, XP and rank on the server leaderboard.
Is there a leaderboard?
Yes. Use /levels in the server or check the MEE6 leaderboard to see where you stand compared to other members.
